The individual placing an order on this website with 4D NumberPlates.com is herein after referred to as the ‘client’.
4D Number Plates .com /owner or administrator will be referred to as ‘4D Number Plates .com’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all the correct details are entered onto 4D Number Plates .com internet forms or other ordering platforms and are submitted or given to the 4D Number Plates .com representative at the time of the purchase.
In no circumstances shall 4D Number Plates .com be made responsible for any failed purchases or disappointments. 4D Number Plates .com liability is strictly limited to a full refund only (unless it is/was the fault of the client) and no claims for damages; interest on monies paid or any other expenses shall be entertained.
In the event that 4D Number Plates .com is unable to fulfil any order for number plate or plates and provided that the client is not responsible for the failure, 4D Number Plates .com will refund payment in full.
The offer to provide a FREE standard advert for a registration on Rapid Plates Ltd is subject to an order being placed and paid for with 4D Number Plates .com The advert provided will be for the same registrations purchased. For example if the order is placed for “AA12 AAA” registration, 4D Number Plates .com will arrange for advert for “AA12 AAA” to be added with Rapid Plates Ltd.
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the fastest possible dispatch of orders placed and arranging to add the FREE standard advert with Rapid Plates Ltd we cannot guarantee any specific time period for the process.
4D Number Plates .com cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by electronic mail, speed of internet connection, software compatibilities and any unforeseen circumstances or any failure or delay on the part of the client.
On submitting / placing any order with 4D Number Plates .com you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
Registration numbers must be displayed correctly. To miss-space or miss-represent your letters or numbers in any way is an offence under the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1971 & 2002 and the client could be fined £100 if characters are not displayed correctly. All orders received for character spacing contrary to the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1971 & 2002 will be provided as show plates for off road use. If the client uses these on UK road they may be fined £100. 4D Number Plates .com bear no responsibility for the client using show plates on UK road or the client being fined £100

The client agrees to comply with the DVLA ‘Cherished Transfer Scheme’.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 cease to apply upon placing an order with 4D Number Plates .com. The provisions in the Distance Selling Regulations regarding cancellation and return do not apply to a personalised product such as a vehicle registration or a number plate. Such personalised products and services are exempt. Our service begins immediately and cannot be cancelled at a later stage.
Prices for all products on 4D Number Plates .com are subject to change without notice.
All timescales quoted apply from Monday to Friday.
For any purchases for road legal numbers, the client is required to submit the correct documentation within 1 week of placing an order, if the vehicle documentation is not received or is in any way incorrect, 4D Number Plates .com reserve the right to cancel the order and remove any associated cost.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the correct details are entered when placing an order with 4D Number Plates .com and when speaking to a representative of 4D Number Plates .com
4D Number Plates .com cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system, e-mail, the Department of Transport, DVLA or any unforeseen circumstance.
4D Number Plates .com reserves the right to amend the length of time the number plate will be advertised on the rapidplates.co.uk at any time and without notice. All FREE adverts added via a purchase from 4D Number Plates .com will be added for a 24 month period unless otherwise stated.
4D Number Plates .com does not share your information with any third parties except Rapid Plates Ltd
4D Number Plates .com reserves the right to amend its fees at any time and without notice.
4D Number Plates .com reserves the right to amend or remove an advert which does not comply with the terms and conditions without notice.
4D Number Plates .com reserves the right to amend or remove any advert displaying offensive, obscene or any material deemed inappropriate by 4D Number Plates .com or Rapid Plates Ltd without notice.
No refund or partial refund will be permitted should your advert be removed as a result of breaching these terms and conditions.
Payment for your order can be made using all major credit cards via our secure server. Payment can also be made via PayPal or cash.
On occasion 4D Number Plates .com may publish images depicting number plates that do not conform to current regulations. This will only occur when the image features a vehicle that actually bears a plate, or plates, that do not conform to regulations. In such cases, 4D Number Plates .com simply depicts the reality of how the plate is being displayed. We do not promote or condone the display of non-regulation number plates, and we actively advise against it. 4D Number Plates .com is not affiliated to the DVLA, thus it is not appropriate for us to interfere in the policing and the enforcement of the regulations in any way- including through the censorship of images that may show failure on the part of the authorities to enforce those regulations. However, acceptance of an image submitted for publication that depicts non-regulation number plates does not imply endorsement of the display of such non-regulation plates.
Errors and Omissions Excepted

No verbal conditions or guarantees expressed or implied shall have effect on these Terms and Conditions unless written and initiated by 4D Number Plates .com.
If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected, impaired or invalidated.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the purchase.
This agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with English Law each party thereto submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
SUBMISSIONS
When you submit any contribution (be it text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) to 4D Number Plates .com either expressly for publication or as part of a competition entry, you agree, by the act of sending your material, to the following conditions:
–          You agree to grant 4D Number Plates .com a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and create derivative works from your contribution. If you do not want to grant us free use of what you send, then we respectfully request that you do not contribute items to 4D Number Plates .com.
–          Additionally, by submitting your contribution to 4D Number Plates .com you warrant that your contribution is your original work and/or that you have the legal right to make it available to 4D Number Plates .com for any and all the purposes listed above.
–          You also warrant, by the act of submission, that your contribution is not defamatory and that it does not infringe any law.
–          Furthermore, you indemnify 4D Number Plates .com against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by 4D Number Plates .com as a result of your breach of any applicable law or of the warranty set out above.
–          Freelancers wishing to submit on a possible commercial basis should contact 4D Number Plates .com before submitting contributions, as all material received without prior discussion is subject to these terms and conditions.
–          At no time, for the sake of obtaining material to submit to 4D Number Plates .com, should you endanger yourself or others or infringe any laws.

Cancellations
The plates 4D Number Plates .com provide are both personalised and manufactured to the customer’s specific requirements therefore under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 4D Number Plates .com is obliged to inform you we do not offer a cancellation period once the order has been placed, be that by internet, telephone or mail order systems.
Delivery
4D Number Plates .com will attempt to deliver all orders as soon as possible, all order will be dispatched using Royal Mail, however 4D Number Plates .com reserves the right to use alternative carriers where 4D Number Plates .com deem appropriate. 4D Number Plates .com cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by the postal service. 4D Number Plates .com cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods once posted and a delivery slip is obtained.
Returns Policy
4D Number Plates .com will provide replacement goods if it is responsible for an error or if the item is defective/damaged when you receive it, in such instances 4D Number Plates .com must be notified in writing and good must be returned within 14 days of the date you received them. Once the returned goods are received by 4D Number Plates .com a replacement order to the same specifications will be sent – you will not be charged for delivery. Returns should be securely packaged and sent accompanied with the reason for return to 4D Number Plates .com We strongly advise the use of a recorded delivery service to ensure the returns reach us promptly and securely as 4D Number Plates .com will not be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Errors and Omissions
4D Number Plates .com manufacture every set of number plates according to the information supplied by the customer. We strongly recommend all customers check the details of every order before placing an order for number plates and proceeding with payment. Once the order has been placed you may not make any changes to the order. 4D Number Plates .com are not obliged to give any refunds for any personalised item when the mistake is made by the customer.
4D Number Plates .com reserves the right to withdraw/amend any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch for any reason whatsoever.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the purchase.
